The cleaning of the house and attending to the removal of the rubbish from moving out of the house was outstanding. We felt the house and our privacy was in safe hands at all times. We would like to take this opportunity to express how grateful we are to have I.B cleaning our home on a regular weekly basis. We've had cleaners work for us in the past but never have we been fortunate enough to have as thorough and dedicated woman as I.B.[She] is immensely pro-active in her work. We don't need to tell her or ask her what to do. She knows what needs doing and takes it upon herself to complete the task to the fullest, without any prompting. She even takes the time to find cleaning products that match our particular circumstances, for eg, we have special stone benches and unusual surfaces on our new kitchen cabinets, and a lot of stainless steel, and despite all our attempts in the past with various products we were never able to
really get these surfaces really clean and streak free. IB experimented with a few products and eventually came up with special mixes of her own and we've never seen the surfaces look so good!! She definitely goes above and beyond any expectations we ever had. We would certainly endorse IB to any potential client - we can't commend her enough on her outstanding work. Also, importantly for us, is the fact that we can trust her entirely in our home when we are absent. We just hope that we never lose IB. We'd be totally lost without her. As D.C says "Everyone's home needs an I.B!"
